Before any sourcing event can start, an understanding of the current state is necessary. Our analytic-intensive Baseline Assessment uses easy to obtain data to provide spend visibility and associated areas of opportunity to our clients. Interviews & reviews of existing contracts add color and provide insight into the sourceability of categories.

Confirmation & Alignment

There are spend categories integral to client products, and there are categories not as vital. By working with our client stakeholders, we can align on a strategy that works best for each specific organization, whether it be a Wave-by-Wave approach to build internal trust as we progress, or a full court press to drive savings in a rapid fashion.

Sourcing & Negotiations

Each category will have a slightly different sourcing process, incumbent to specific needs & requirements. Resolute Procurement Group performs the entire sourcing process, acting as an extension of the client procurement organization, delivering detailed analysis and recommendations to client leadership for final decisions.

Implementation & Savings Impact
