Erich has over four decades of experience working across various industries, and is enthusiastic about delivering results and new products. Erich’s experience includes serving as President & CEO at the Laboratory Equipment manufacturer Waldner AG. He also spent time as Sales leader at Renggli AG, as well as various top positions at other European mid sized companies.
Erich’s passion for entrepreneurship also has led him to found numerous companies and products, including Duschdor AG, and most recently Eriver AG (He is currently working on a solution for cleaning grill grates with his newest contraption Clean Grill).
Erich has studied Business School, Sales Management, and Applied Sciences for Entrepreneurship.
Born & raised in Switzerland, Erich now lives in Nidwalden Canton with his wife. Ever the busybody, he enjoys spending time with his family & friends, restoring classic cars (his favorite being the Fiat Topolino), and continuing to work on bringing new projects and ideas to fruition.
Mac serves as a Board Member for Resolute Procurement Group. Mac has worked both in industry as well as consulting, and has extensive experience with performance improvement, working capital, and transaction execution projects across energy, food & beverage, and healthcare industries.
Mac currently is Vice President of Strategy at MetOx International, a manufacturer of high temperature superconducting wire (HTS) where he has focused on growth strategy and helped complete a successful Series B fundraise.
Mac received a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering Management from Vanderbilt University and a Master’s in Business Administration from Emory University. He currently lives in Austin, TX.
Joshua Oed is the Managing Director and Board Member for Resolute Procurement Group. Joshua assists with company strategy to ensure long-term profitability, growth, and the success of RPG’s clients. He brings over 20 years of industry experience and has worked for Fortune 500 companies as well as Private Equity portfolio companies. These include Morgan Stanley, Emerson, Dover, Crane, Open Gate Capital, and Serta Simmons Bedding.
At Open Gate Capital, Joshua was the Chief Supply Chain Officer and drove operating margin EBITDA improvements, established a Procurement process and S&OP program, introduced the company to Global Sourcing, and led the Inventory Management and Working Capital initiatives. This culminated in a lucrative Private Equity sales transaction. Most recently, Joshua was the Supply Chain and S&OP leader at Serta Simmons Bedding, playing a major role in the company’s transition out of Chapter 11 bankruptcy and into a more balanced ownership position with new Private Equity owners.
Mr. Oed attended West Virginia University and received his bachelor’s degrees in Accounting and Management Information Systems along with a minor in Music Performance. He received his MBA with concentrations in Finance and Supply Chain Management from the University of Tennessee.
Harsha has over a decade of global supply chain & procurement experience across various sectors, both consulting and industry, and is passionate about delivering savings and creating value for client stakeholders. He has worked on 30+ cross-portfolio and company-level sourcing engagements that have resulted in more than $50MM in savings & $500MM in combined exit & estimated value creation.
Across the past decade, Harsha has worked with clients in the Diversified Industrial Manufacturing, Food & Beverage, Distribution, Retail, Construction, Oil & Gas, Automotive, and Healthcare industries across North America, Europe, and Asia. He founded Resolute Procurement Group in 2023 coming from Preferred Sourcing Solutions where he was a Managing Director. Prior to that he was at Dover Corporation, where he worked in global sourcing & strategy.
Harsha received his bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management and International Business, along with a minor in History, from the University of Illinois Urbana Champaign. His studies included education at ESCP (France) and Nanyang Technical University (Singapore).
Raised in New England, Harsha now lives in the Pacific Northwest, with his wife and two daughters. He enjoys spending time with his family hiking, biking, and skiing throughout Cascadia.
